Lake Berkley
Lake Berkley Resort is the premier short term rental community in the Disney Area. The community offers a private gated & guarded entrance, lake with sandy beach area, beach volleyball, tennis courts, community pool, playground, and fishing pier. You couldn't ask for anything more!!



Lake Berkley is located just south of Hwy 192 off of Oren Brown Road.  The nice thing about this location is that if you view the map you will see that Poinciana Blvd. runs parallel to Hwy 192 and has little to no traffic compared to 192. Hwy 192 has many stoplights and traffic can get ugly.  When going to Disney you take Poinciana Blvd. to the Osceola Parkway Toll road and for seventy-five cents you can take the only toll road into Disney.  Because it is a toll road it has very little traffic.  It has never taken us more than 10 minutes to reach the Disney property.  Also, Poinciana Blvd. runs right into 535 right after the turn off to the Osceola Parkway which takes you to I-4 to get to Universal Studios or Seaworld.
